The last few times I've been here I've had the same absolutely fantastic lady. She even remembers me, despite months passing, and I really enjoy chatting to her while she takes my blood. Super lovely lady!nI feel like they have a lot of rude people they have to put up with every day as there always seems to be someone there who is demanding or impatient so just keep that in mind before getting snappy.
Had Angie today she was very friendly and made the whole experience comfortable. Staff were doing amazing considering they were short staffed and busy.
Staff was more interested in looking at their watches and making a show of bringing the sign in then to actually greet or even just acknowledge me. Worth mentioning that after my bloods were taken, there was still 10 minutes left on the clock for them. Person who took my sample was rude and unhelpful.
