Good food and coffee. Gas is way higher than local stations. Helpful staff. Pretty fast at making coffees. Has a Crispy Creme inside too. Clean, has toilet.

Congratulations team !!! Stopped in for a coffee break and got to enjoy beautiful fresh food, huge variety to choose from, and excellent service. Grateful thanks from two travelling oldies.

Super mega efficient BP - the cashiers are so quick and even when there’s a line of 10 people it dissipates within a minute or two! Always a great pit stop when heading south out of Auckland

Awesome coffee. A very busy place st times. I prefer BP for coffee than any other coffee stop over, not that we have a lot to choice from.

Stop in here on my way home if going down the freeway. Usually get gas and a carwash as I like the carwash with brushes still. Awesome staff and always stocked. Conveniently located for my drive home.

The 50+ European women that works the morning shift on a friday morning, is a complete disgrace of customer service ... she did not release any fuel pumps for a good 20mins .. she just continued to make coffees which were horrible by the way .. then she was rude with the customers as they asked her if she could relese the pumps.... If you cant handle your job lady then QUIT!!

Great stop surviving the traffic. The feul is a bit pricy. Rather buy they great coffee. Bathrooms were not clean.

Unless you have the BPme app then you have to pay inside. For such an incredibly busy service station you would think there would be a faster turnover with eftpos payments available at the pump.

Toilets were a bit bad, but it was good otherwise. Good pit stop before leaving the city.

I was a bit disappointed waiting in line with only one cashier counter open with two staff on one coffee machine and another staff member servicing a staff member at a closed counter. A busy place that can improve with better faster service, with a better system and procedures.
