The staff are friendly. The food is good. Yet the toilet was the dirtiest BP toilet I have been in all year. Looking at the corners of the floor and the basin, it looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned for days if not weeks.
Very busy station even during night, non stop services The staff Duncan is amazing hard working unconditionally as I paid for Diesel which hadn’t been pumped into my car. When I asked Duncan why and he couldn’t find the details and couldn’t get a solution for it. Instead he gave me the credit to fill my car as how much I paid for, to solve the problem efficiently with trust. Good restoring reliable services. I went to Caltex 1.4Km away which was closed without night services and I cannot pay by Efpos card. Online app takes me over 20 mins which doesn’t work in the end. BP New Market is the saviour for me to fill the diesel with no drama
Fresh tank of gas, a couple Memphis chicken bites and a flat white from Wildbean that was surprisingly good. I like how many food options BP now offers, from St Pierre’s sushi to Dunkin’ Donuts. My fav place to pump patrol for all my family cars. Staff are friendly and very professional. Yo can get some serious coffee and enjoy it at the outdoor seatings. Plenty of Pokémon critters frequent the parking lot too! Highly recommended to all!
Great for quick and easy service, good car wash, etc. However occasionally A bit dodgy, overpriced even for its convenience, and that brings it down to average.
A convenient gas station! They serve great #wildbeancoffee coffee here and a huge range of pies too. Ample car parking space, a few toilets too inside the building. We like to hang around here for a cuppa after office hours. Staff are friendly and dedicated. All of our mates from #drmobileslimited frequent this place to pump gas and grab a bite of food year round. Most of engineers tend to stop here for a short break after delivering those repaired #iphonexsrepair, #ipadprounlock and those #iphonexr which has issues with #ioslocked. This place is cost enough for me to use my #samsunggalaxys10 to whip out #phoneinsurance damage report! Highly recommend this place to all Aucklabd motorists and general public!!
One of the biggest BP petrol station in New Market. It has car wash, cafeteria, toilets and you can also buy snacks, pie, cold drinks and hot drinks. They also have donut place. All in all a great place for filling up your tank and your stomach or just relax before you start your journey. You can also refill or replace gas tanks for BBQ
They want you to buy something before you could withdraw money for vaccum. Have a pay on the machine if your staff doesnt want to just give a coin to you to use your own service .
Today I order coffee and man gave me my coffee after 15 minutes of waiting, coffee get cold Because was sitting in machine for long time, as he was serving other customer, who ordered after me, when I drink coffee it was cold, and I told to lady and man in cafeteria, they said you should order extra hot coffee, I told them I don’t like extra hot coffee I like as it’s, i drink every day coffee from bp , but it’s too cold , after few arguments they agreed to make new coffee, but man gave me extra hot that was burnt and dump a lot of topping in coffee, made it bitter , I don’t know what else he put in coffee,very rude and unsatisfied customer service, also they both don’t have their name batch on them so nobody cannot mention their name , I am drinking coffee from all over bp in , but never seen staff service like that , and they telling me normal coffee is that hot , they think I never had coffee before
