Story

Bun Mee Kiwi is a premium gourmet sandwich eatery and cafe in Henderson.

The BMK concept is based on the Vietnamese Bánh mì sandwiches (filled rolls), which has been adapted to the kiwi lifestyle utilizing nothing but the best of NZ produce.

Our Bun Mee Kiwi menu boasts traditional Bánh mì Vietnamese pork baguettes with other Kiwi styled Bánh mì inspired sandwiches also mouthwatering healthy salads and other creative menu options that will indulge any food lovers appetite.

Bun Mee Kiwi is designed for the kiwi palette with appetising offerings that are healthy, rich in flavour and also quick for those busy people out there.

We offer different bread options starting with traditional french baguette, soft buns, bao (Chinese steamed white fluffy bread) or wraps with gluten free options.

Wow, what a great place to have lunch. Value for money here with delicious fresh food. I had the chicken salad, slightly spicy. A well needed rest in the middle of our day. : The owners great customer service and the atmosphere was so friendly. We will be back. Thanks guys. Vegetarian options: Beautiful haloumi salad my friend had. Parking: Right out front is the parking.
The great team here have really delivered an authentic Vietnamese flavour in their sandwiches. Fed a family of 5 for about $60 with dad having to finish what the kids couldn’t. Lots of seating and good music. Highly recommend Kid-friendliness: They do the normal kid favourite meals. Chuck nugs, fish n chips. Etc plenty of drink choices including HULK smoothies.
Super fresh, tasty, quality Vietnamese/ Kiwi food. Healthy alternative for takeaways. Recommend any of the pork options as the salad and Bahn Mi are delicious. Had the steak tacos, which are light,spicy, and flavourful. The Vietnamese chicken nibbles are scrumptious and crunchy, with an amazingly zesty dipping sauce.Food: 5/5
Tucked away on a corner, didn't know this place existed until a couple of weeks ago. Clean, tidy and spacious inside, outside has a couple of tables. Has a modern casual feel to it. Heaps of parking. This place has really good food, fresh and tasty as. Staff/owner very friendly and accommodating. Recommend you to try it out!
Pork Bun with medium spice, absolutely freaking delicious. Super helpful service, friendly and happy. I'm full and content. Well worth the $$. Will definitely be back to try more.Food: 5/5
Great location. Staff were fantastic, helpful and very friendly. Car parking is pretty easy I found, plenty there and all free. Regarding the food - yumm!! Have had the chicken, cheesy steak and pork Bahn mi previously and loved them both! I like quite a bit of spice though and wish I had asked for me. If you like fresh chilli, I would ask for it as I don’t think comes as standard? If it does I missed it!
Everything is made fresh, tastes bud delight, body feels nourished. I am definitely coming back again. Nom nom central. If you like Asian fusion. Check this place out and you will be in for a treat. Parking: It's first in first serve parking. I have not personally struggled to find a park.
Got Uber eats delivery. The pork banh mi was scrumptious and the perfect ratio of meat vs other ingredients. The loaded fries were a smaller portion for the price but I’m guessing that’s the extra Uber eats charge. They were perfectly cooked fries layered with meat, veg and cheese. So good! Will definitely order again
The chicken bahn mi was amazing. Everything I wanted. Fresh bun, fresh ingredients and succulent chicken. Oh yes.Food: 5/5
