I find this coffee shop so nice, I ordered one of the Christmas special iced mocha. I asked if they have chocolate sprinkles for the whip cream just like in the picture advertised and they said yes. When it was delivered to me no sprinkles so I mentioned and they later said they ran out, so I had a sad face as I expected they had it. But then minutes later as I was sitting down sipping my sprinkleless ice mocha, the cafe attendant gave me a complimentary slice of this yummy chocolate cake with cherry on top on a plate. And it made my day, I said that was generous giving this, I didn't expected it. He just wanted to make up for the choc sprinkles and I thought that was a nice touch to cheer me up. Thank you, for the kind gesture and will come back here again ! Merry Christmas :
I visited this place for 1st time, staff is courteous, my chai latte was good but tables are very big so some stranger sits next to you sharing your table. My friend and i could not say no to the lady who wanted to sit on our big table..so we ended up talking in whispers..hope they have an arrangement to join tables for big groups but having adequate tables for 2 to 4 people would be nice
The food and coffee were okay here but the staff just didn't seem to be with it from a customer perspective. A few simple changes would make enough of a difference to draw people into coming back.

Awesome ambience, nice coffee & great food selection with highest level of customer service.
The cafe itself was okay but I would never go there again, the area surrounding looks miserable and loud intimidating loiterers linger around.
