Chipmunks New Zealand

Chipmunks has had a revamp and it is awesome! They have improved the under 5's area, added a new interactive ball pit for all ages, added a new donut slide. It has a new improved menu, more tables to sit at, also new gaming machines. My granddaughter enjoyed it such much we have been two Saturdays in a row. Go early to get good parking as it can get very busy on weekends.

Lots of fun, loads of parking, lots of people. Noisy environment but kids love this place. Highly recommended

Back in April 2021, I bought the after hours venue hire package with the kids meals included and 3 platters included. The staff were very helpful, positive, hospitable and much more. They really helped us make sure the night ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend for a child’s birthday party for a large amount of people. There was plenty of seating and space for everyone. The staff even allowed us to place a tab on the cafe for hot drinks which kept everyone happy. Definitely a 5 star experience. Thanks to the team at Henderson chipmunks for your help in making my daughters first birthday a memorable one.

Perfect birthday celebration for our daughter and her friends. So much for them to do and loved all the new extra areas. Clean and fun venue for all and the food and beverages yummy! Big thanks to the manager for easy communication and for his amazing service. We will definitely be back.

Great outting with the 2 year old. Equipment looks clean and looked after. Food was decent, fries were great would've like have had more sauce. Good selection of drinks including healthier options. We went during the week, when it wasn't as busy

I have been coming to Chipmunks for 5 years . The play areas are nice but the luck of fresh air is definitely there. Always so hot and no air con or even fan. Very hot and makes you want to leave after 10 mins. Please guys fix it. Other parents are complaining as well. Overall the staff is friendly and kitchen is good but the luck of fresh air really kills the whole experience. Come on guys , I know you can be better.

A great place for the kids that's for sure. Went for a birthday party and they forgot a platter that was ordered, 30 min delay in the children's food being delivered for the party and I ordered a pot of tea that took over 25 minutes to be ready. Food to purchase is way to expensive also.

Excellent play areas for toddlers and kids. The Cafe is not too great with taking orders but very quick to correct them. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great playground for kids. The food was reasonably priced. I would've preferred some sort of lock on the baby gate so no escaping happened.

We had a great time here for having kids bday party. A great venue for rent out hosting kids events, while adults have chat kids can freely play. Good service too.
