Blase Up Bootcamp is a program designed for all fitness levels and we specialise in making training fun! As you'll see from our videos and pics, members also get fantastic results and make good friends. Training is varied and ranges from boxing workouts to high intensity interval training and strength & conditioning sessions. We even play sport once a week for recovery. If you don't like going to the gym, or are terrified of not knowing what to do then I promise you this is for you.
