Purchased online and picked up a couple of hours later. Easy to deal with. Efficient. Handled with care. Good product range. Easy parking.
Recommended place to get IKEA furniture. Collections were limited but to get the flavour of IKEA shop is good. The staff is very helpful. Please note that it is a bit hard to find the shop while driving in main road, but there a sign kept on roadside on/from the way of Mitre 10 follow that sign and you will find the shop.

Very bad experience. The service attitude is really bad. Reluctant to give any help. They don't seem to care about my questions at all. This is definitely not a reasonable service attitude. I don’t recommend anyone to purchase anything here.
Small but simple shop. Randomly not open on Tuesdays.
