Good spot and exactly what it says on the box. It's in an industrial area so there will be some road noise but it's a great place to check out New Plymouth from. Cycle trails just down the road.
Trucks going all night during our stay in late January,5 nights, I'm not sure if this is the regular pattern but take ear plugs just in case. It's located in an industrial estate right opposite Mainfreight but it wasn't their trucks causing the issue rather truck and trailers passing to somewhere further down the road.nOtherwise it's got everything you need. Handy base for visiting New Plymouth.
Nice place to park up for a few days. Dump station fresh water. Train station not far away , bike tracks , Supermarket and a very nice bakery just a few feet away. Recommend to NZMCA members.
Quietest in the weekend as there is a lot of truck movement along the road week days but otherwise it's awesome. A dog area and just 250 mt away is an amazing walkway
Good place to pack up not to far from town centre. Fresh drinking water and dump station on site
