Be Active Fitness

Being my first time to the gym in a long while I was a little apprehensive. But Be Active and its staff were so helpful I love coming. Great little friendly neighbourhood vibe. Glad they are in Glenview.

Great people, great facilities

Everything there is all well, is just the outer equipment, the outside area only has a punching bag, yall should add a kickboxing bag too, itd be much appreciated

Visiting Hamilton on a very short stay and was looking for some classes near the hospital. Awesome classes. The gym and the bathroom were clean. Staff were helpful especially for a visitor.

The pt program made me focus and kept me honest. Found the classes really good for that too

Be Active is a fantastic gym with great facilities. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend their very cheap personal training programme and their small group classes. Definitely the best, most supportive gym I have been a member of.
