Bay Beach Hire - your one stop shop for all things FUN!

At Bay Beach Hire we are specialised in kayak and bike rentals, whether it'll be a couple of hours rental, a whole day or even overnight!
We supply you with the leading kayaks and safety equipment available on todays market. Our fleet is made up of single and double sea kayaks all of which have been selected for their comfort, stability, sea worthiness and performance.
For the more adventurous and experienced kayaker we offer an overnight trip to Urupukapuka Island (see details on our website). We also have camping equipment for rent such as tents, camping mats, gas stoves etc.

Dan is a qualified paddle board coach, so if you want to give SUP a go or you need tips on your paddle technique, you will find it all here at Bay Beach Hire.
We stock a range of paddle boards and offer early morning lessons as well as freedom rentals.

Mountain Biking has become super popular in the Bay of Islands with the brand new “Waitangi Mountain Bike Park”. We stock a range of bikes for the park, Avanti Montari 4 are our preferred hardtail bikes with an option to go full suspension. Please refer to our website for pricing and fees for the park.
The "Opua Rail Trail" is also among the popular rides which connects with the twin coast discovery trail. Pick up and drop of between Paihia and Opua can be organised in advance for a small fee.
