Barilla Dumpling

The salted egg tofu and jelly noodles were very good. The texture and flavour of the dumplings were pretty decent, as were the fried noodles. However the porkbelly and pancake dish was disappointing. The pancake was instead cold man tous with mushy exteriors and tough, dry interiors. We were apparantly missing a 'pancake' from our dish and were given an extra bun wrapped in a paper towel shortly after being served. Not a first time customer here. I'd recommend trying the dumplings pork&fennel or pork&chives, tofu, and noodle dishes to those unfamiliar with the cuisine. We ordered 7 dishes for 6 people, with some left to take home. Expect $100-$130 for 6 people.

Fried noodle is nice but very oily. Dumplings and shao mai are yum! Good servings. Nothing special on their fried buns.

Really nice dumplings and good portion for the price. The sweet and sour pork was absolutely delicious! High recommend it with rice. The stir-fried noodles was flavourful but a bit too greasy and oily. Not the best service but you can’t expect more from these cheap-eat restaurants.

Most disgusting chicken fried rice I wver had! Super ooly, hardly any chicken and taste ugly. Not recommended

The food was tasteless not enough seasoning. Chicken fried rice was not tasty at all and dumplings were supposed to be fried but they were in the container wet and soggy with oil. Combination meat noodles didn’t have any flavor. I would not recommend this place and will not be ordering take out here again. Customer service was not that great either it was super busy in here and I believe they could have made a better effort with the food not happy at all.

The dumplings are nice..but the other meal items on the menu sounded amazing and what I ordered was $28.00 for a plate of shrimp or prawn wrapped in bacon check out my photo.absolutely delicious. Also the pork and mushroom dumplings. Best time to go in probably avoid lunch and dinner times. Go in a bit earlier. The tables are close to each other. So your eating with people right next to you. The place is clean and tidy. Staff service was ok and staff could smile which I find important for your eating experience.

Not even a star! The worst service I’ve ever had, arrived with my wife and son for lunch and after 15minutes waiting for someone to at least greet us, we decided to leave. We were the only customers inside the restaurant and now I know why! Clearly they don’t care about customers.Service: 1/5

Came here with my partner on a Tuesday night for some dumplings - we don’t eat meat so we got the veggie dumplings and a couple of spring onion pancakes - I think overall the food was okay… but not the best I’ve ever eaten. Also lacks on tasty veggie options- heard the hype about this spot, but maybe it’s just for the meat eaters this time

The service is great with reasonably quick times to be served and have ordered from their extensive dumpling menu. I decided to try something new from their menu so shared some pork and pineapple dumplings and pork and green pepper dumplings with a friend. The wait is about 20 mins but with the free green tea and a friend it passes quickly. The dumplings come out piping hot and smelling delicious which they back up with their amazing taste. Would definitely recommend this too everyone and if you are short on time just order ahead. Good service, great food and an enjoyable and bubbly atmosphere.

Really Bad Customer Service from the Manager today 15/04/2023 at 1800hrs, from taking the order and giving the completed order. 1.We chose the order from the menu outside the shop that was posted on the glass. Once we chose what we wanted, we went in to order. He was already looking grumpy then we ordered the dumplings and other food. He then stated grumpily that our order is not in the menu and told him that it was written outside. Then he stated grumpily that it was the old menu - I didn't mind it but how he responded was rude.. I just let it go and moved on. 2. Waiting for our order, he still really looked grumpy. One of his staff asked if he can help us and we responded that we are waiting for our take away order. The staff went to him and asked and he grumpily Replied to his staff in Chinese. The staff went back to us really nicely and said it's not ready yet. Then, when the order was ready, he GRUMPILY gave us the order not saying anything at all!Rude... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. There are a lot of food options now in Dominion so he has to retain.his customer. He already lost me and my family as a customer and how many more can he lose with that attitude...
