I reached out using the live chat option on the Kiwi Chemist website to ask some questions and the person I spoke with was very helpful and empathetic. Also I had no issues with the delivery of my online purchase. Highly reccomend and would order from here again myself.

I don't know what happened to the awesome Irish guy that used to work here but it has seriously gone down hill since he left. Multiple scripts filled incorrectly and useless customer service. Go somewhere else

Absolutely love coming into this chemist and being welcomed by the amazing Justin. He is always super friendly and helpful, explaining everything well and going above and beyond to help. This has to be the most friendly and helpful chemist in Auckland. Thanks Justin for always being so awesome and helpful.
