Absolutely useless service. Took my car in to get my alternator fixed as it was under warranty. I was told i would hear back in 3-4 days as it would be done. 5 days and numerous phone calls to them later, im told the part isnt it stock yet and they would call me the following day if the part doesnt arrive. 2 days after that and im still waiting to hear whats going on.
I went in for seat recall for my new car less than a year old and drove the car out with visible damage on my rear seat belts. I assume the damage occurred when the service department tried to force clamp the seat into upright position where the seat belts were in the way of the clips/ clamps. I pointed this out to the customer service representative before I left and they initially suggested that their technician didn't touch the rear seat the seats were folded down when I bought the car in but was upright when I inspected the car after the service. The fact that the seating arrangement had changed prompted me to inspect what work they had done. Then the customer service representative said that it might have been an accident but it wasn't that bad. I personally don't think that is the point as the car wasn't damaged when I bought the car in and then it was after the service. I have relayed this to AV manager and customer service representative and Hyundai via email, and so far they are yet to respond. My experience with the AV service department is poor to say the least and I do not recommend taking your car new or otherwise to them.

Woeful experience with their 'service' dept. Still without my car going into a third day, for what was supposed to be a same day replacement of a damaged wing mirror. Phone calls to them have either gone unanswered or, when an option to leave a message is granted which seems to be a random event, only after waiting on hold for ages nobody bothered to ring back, so 24 hours later I had to try again. Why it takes 3 days to replace a wing mirror still hasn't been explained to me. IF it's down to staff shortages, then that should have been explained at the outset rather than leaving me in limbo.
These guys wouldn’t know what service was if it slapped them in the face. Limped into the green lane this morning in my Sante Fe with warning lights flashing on the dash. The rude guy in “service” told me they couldn’t even look at it for over two weeks which is not good enough for a vehicle used for business.. I’m in the market in the near future for a brand new replacement & after this experience, I will not be considering Hyundai.
horrible experience, sales team just want your money and after that will just leave you out of the blue. -100% customer service bought new staria load said the 5 seater van is foldable and when it arrives and try to fold it Arun said it is fixed. Then told me a solution to remove it when I don't need it and when I sell it just put it back so much convenience to my side and wasted $2000 for that seat. No follow-up on the roof rack that I paid for because my salesperson is not working there anymore when I ring up the reception and had to book the installation myself after emailing my concern to these people. Anyways if you value your money go somewhere else Like Mazda I did not experience these issues with them
We have had a test drive booked in through the call center and when we came there was someone else going on on a test drive we were told by the sales person they'll bring another car from the back , we waited for a while the person never came back to us. Eventually someone else came and said it will probably be another hour until we can test drive it and asked if we are interested in another car and when we mentioned our timeline the gentleman was not very keep on letting us test drive anything.in the end we were told we can come back later or rebook our test drive. What a waste of time it was, we came in with a toddler hence we booked the test drive at a specific time. Waste of a morning and have been put off a car we were actually interested in. The highlight of it all was the salesman telling us we can put a 1000nzd deposit on the car that we have never driven or properly seen the interior of and if we change our mind we can always cancel it.I am sorry but who does that without ever test driving a car. It's not a small purchase. I wonder if he'd be willing to go and put a 1000 NZD deposit on any other car somewhere without seeing it. Bad advise , bad service.
Sadly I had a bad experience with the service department recently which I posted on a Google review. I have now received a call from the service manager along with an apology. I offered to edit my review to disclose the apology as I now understand that processes are in place to avoid a repeat. I look forward to the good service I have previously been accustomed to when my next vehicle service is due.

Everything about this dealership was part of the best customer experience I have had. Their staff are more than willing to have a chat about your needs, give great advice around what will fit them and more. I couldn't have been more happier with my time there and they take such good care of you. The manager Tony is an absolute pleasure to talk to and Josh, one of the sales people follows up with you to make sure everything has been going good and well with the car. I couldn't recommend it any more highly. Fast and quick reliable service which is what the world needs in these ever changing times. I am going to be telling friends and family about it for sure. Small acts go a long way in customer service. Great experience.
