Shocking service By Luke! There was no needs conversation whatsoever, all we hearing was" no stock"-- I did explain that we were not in a hurry, we can wait. "sorry guys, no special deal at our dealership", WTH, I did not even go down negotiation stage at all, coz I did not even know the difference between Coupe S and Coupe GTS.... the worst sales person I have never met. We went to Giltrap Porsche, we took test vehicle home at that night, We had a clear picture for what we need, we will finalize the deal and happily wait for 8-10 months! better spend my 220K here!

True Story - 100 percent - See my other reviews, I even went as far as buying a Tiguan from Mercedes Wellington so I did not have to deal with these ignorant, self important people. Honestly a shame Google does not let you give minus scores. At the start of the month, I was looking for a 2014+ Tiguan for my wife and called into the VW showroom in Newmarket. I do not know why I keep doing this but it will be the last time. I kid you not! This is the forth time I have been totally ignored at this dealership, a simple 'Hi someone will be with you as soon as they can, or possibly some sort of acknowledgement would have been a great start, its not hard to do. The bottom line is I do not think I look like a tramp or that I don't have two pennies to rub together, in fact I could be somewhat offended if the last time wasn't because my mate asked me to decide what car he should get with a maximum budget of $100,000k, luckily Giltrap don't have the same attitude as Continental and we drove away in a brand new actually ex demo Toureg. Similarly another example eight months or so ago was a Singapore born friend of mine who went here to buy a Porshe and was ignored for like twenty minutes with two sales people walking right by him, he said in the end, he walked down the road and bought a Maserati for his wife, which she was pretty happy about to be fair. Simply put its either they feel like selling a car is my serendipity or these guys really do not care at all, maybe they just sell too many cars and do not need more sales, who knows, but despite it being in my locale, I will never go back again and will never recommend anyone else too either.
