Took my car in for fixing light issue. Received no welcome from the service team. They did not even offer to sit or have a coffee while I waited. Car was not vacuumed or washed after fix. I must say this is one of the worst service team I have dealt with. Not friendly at all. Please go and buy from another dealer.
The worst ever experience - sales people - arrogantly ignoring my questions, the finance manager posh, fancy, bored person - such a poor performance. Good luck VW Continental.
Services department never picks up any calls. Taken my name and number nurmous times with no follow up. Also couldn't fix a few accessory problems.
Very poor service department. I have dealt with other car companies and I must say Continental VW provided the worst after sales service. I wouldnt buy my next car from here.
Bad service, extremely over priced. Promised it to be fixed within two days. After much chasing on myside they said it will be another couple of weeks. Oh yeah the main problem on my car they completly ignored. Avoid the cheeky nandos suits.
