I had some issues with a vehicle so returned it within the grace period of the loan. They handled the issue fairly quickly with a few nudges from me. Only thing Id say is they need to work on is communication other then that its your standard car dealership

Horrible dealing with the rude sales manager Ashley Thomas after spending over $10,000+

I would seriously not purchase a vehicle from here. I was sold a vehicle with defective tyres, and it took far too many 22 emails and potential court action to get it sorted. Never again.

Great Motors has a good collection of very well maintained cars. I received excellent customer service from the team. Highly recommend them.
