Everyone that's is planning to get a vehicle from any Pearce Brothers, ask them to replace batteries, bulb lights and brake pad, even with anything that you know of that's needs change before you take the vehicle out from their hands. Is going to last you long run. Because they would just get it from the other owner and sell it straight, no addition . They won't pay for it . Thanks
Enjoyed my experience there. Our car was recently stolen and the team there have been so helpful especially through going such a stressful situation. The process was easy and seamless. A big shoutout to Lisa she is so amazing, professional, and explains everything clearly and was so supportive, I can’t recommend her enough. She responded so quickly and efficiently to all my emails. Was buying a car sight unseen. Josh and the team went all out giving me all the info I was requesting, which was a lot. They set up independent mechanical inspections for me, transportation, upgrades, everything. They did extensive car checks with photos to help me out on the areas I was the most concerned with. They got back to me quickly on all of my questions and the service was just awesome. Really happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again.
Very good experience with these guys especially SheldonHe is professional and full of passion of his service. Solved out all problems I concerned. Happy with my New Cx5 and driving without any issues.
They have great cars, but I can't believe how bad the customer service is. I bought my car from here one year ago, I've got promised a full tank of gas and that the paint get touched up on one spot. Non of that got done, but I didn't bother because I was too excited for my new car. Recently I came back with my partner to find a car for her. Not a single person offered us any help or even said hello. We've clearly been spotted by the stuff. Same thing across the road at the European car yard. That's not how you expect to be treated as new or old customer my car still has the pearce brothers badges on the numberplate. They'll get replaced with something else now!.
Lisa and the team are fantastic!! Whether you're there in person or dealing with them via email/phone you definitely feel like you're looked after as everything is transparent and you don't feel ripped off. I would recommend them above other car dealerships 100%

Didn’t have a great experience with these guys. “Everyone makes mistakes” was their excuse for registering our new vehicle in the wrong name, this then becoming our problem to sort out. Won’t be going back, that’s for sure.
I am going through the process of buying a ute from this dealership. So far I have had a great experience. The vehicle is on top condition, the price very reasonable. I will take possession tomorrow so complete this review then.
