Very clean and comfortable motel, handily located on the outskirts of Ashburton. The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in was spacious and well appointed, with the bonus of a spa bath in the large bathroom. Only downside is being located on State Highway 1, you do hear quite a lot of traffic noise during the night. The motel has tried to reduce the noise by putting in double glazing etc however if you are a light sleeper I would suggest earplugs to mitigate the noise from trucks driving past.
Clean and well priced but no air-conditioning!?? It's 2023 I've not stayed in accomodations with no Aircon since backpacking It's summer and Ashburton holds the record high in NZ for temperature I wouldn't stay again for free
At the beginning of town but walking distance to closest restaurant. Really comfortable rooms, pleasant smile when checking in. Pleasantly surprised. Microwave, toaster, kettle and cook topRooms: 5/5

Only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed for more. Staff were very kind and room was great. Bed was very comfy. Location was great, not far from town. Will definitely be back!Rooms: 5/5
Loved staying at The Suites. Sally our host was amazing .. so kind and attentive. Two bedroom unit was superb. Great bed, pillows and spa bath! Would definitely recommend staying at The Suites and would love to come back.Rooms: 5/5
