Poor quality all round. Can't blame the staff, obviously trickles down from management, POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR FACILITY!
Stuck in NZ due to covid I'm American and ran out of my meds, the lady on the phone was lovely and polite and the nurses and doctors were great. I got there shortly after they opened for the day and waited only about 20 mins. Paid about 130 NZD for the appointment and scripts.
Went there at 9, they said, fully booked go to Emergency acroos the road, in emergency they let people wait for 4 to 5 hours and keep telling people go to after hours.
A tourist visiting NZ, came at the evening and received a very professional service. Highly recommend.
Love the place and services until they said I have to pay $120 for my 18 months daughter for checkup... Nothing was updated on their website or even a notice... I'm on a working to residence Visa and huge amount of my pay goes to Tax and its really sad for this to happen...
Visiting from Hastings. Very impressed. Only waited 15 mins, all staff very professional and thorough. Great having a pharmacy onsite.
