Such a nice team. Both receptionists are super nice, efficient and very accommodating. I mistakenly wasn't able to send the registration details back, but they've forgo that and accommodated my registration. The doctor is also super helpful and nice. Overall an excellent experience. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.
I had been here for my General Medical for Visa purpose and would like to appreciate and thank you both the Doctor and Manager Sue for their so friendly nature which makes the medical process so smooth and easy. Medicals can be stressful sometimes but this Doctor made every effort to make it comfortable for me :- Thank you once again for being so kind.
I brought my 3 kids to have a general medical check at the centre, Dr E Whiteside is a caring and professional Doctor and Sue are professional in organising those complicated documents. both of them giving us a clear direction of the process. thank you very much to both of them.
Very rude, maybe under pressure. But definitely won't recommend going there for medicals. Definitely need to go for people management course to improve on level of management or talking to public relations. Called to explain what had happened to make them aware of the situation then got the same level of rudeness.
We recently went there for Blood Test and Chest Xrays. They accommodated us within a few days. The office is quite small with a rather small area for waiting. Everything went smoothly, prices were lower or similar to two other places we looked at. There wasn't a specific appointment set at the radiology clinic but they accommodated us straight away and it was a 2 minute walk across the street, you pay them separately. Follow up response to queries and request for the reports from the Office Manager was excellent. I would recommend them for this service.
Sue has been very good throughout my case. Very good overall service and quick response to queries.they always take fast action towards questions and queries to give a quick solution Thanks guys . Keep it up.
This clinic is perfect, the administrator Sue and the the doctor was very polite and professional. Thank you so much for the warm welcome. Highly recommend it .
I went there in April to do a medical checkup.The Doctor was very nice and friendly and informative. BUT The reception is really rude. First she ask for my passport, I told her its already with the immigration, even though I have the copy she keep on babling telling me its illegal to accept a patient without an ID if the doctor doesn't intervene she might keep on yapping. It was Wednesday and she said the result should come on Thursday for some reason it does not come until Friday. I called them on Monday morning she said the result had come and she will email it to me as soon as possible. Until 12 PM I did not hear anything so I just drop by to collect it and she was really furious telling me how impatient I've been. She need to go to an anger management session and start treating customers better. Updates: Instead of apologising you text me saying Its my wrong doing to follow up my own result. Say good bye to your two stars. Lets let everybody be the judge of your actions.
The doctor did not follow the proper immigration nz which state that you must have blood test urine test with simple general medical for immigration purpose but this doctor found out nothing in a blood test still he wants further more test which costs you more than the amount you thought of. The whole process of immigration medical from this doctor cost you $900. I suggest not to have medical here...
The worst place and people I ever met in NZ. the doctor is rude, treat you like machine. Do not answer any questions. I feel something wrong, I question the doctor, this test is not included in my immigration test. He didn't even reply me. At the end it found out that also give a wrong test
