A bit about me.....I've been a REPs registered trainer for 5years now, before this I was working at a vibration training studio.
I have gained experiance working with a wide range of clientele; males and females, weight loss and weight gain, special condition through to athletes, as well as pre and post natal ladies.
I am a kickboxer myself so know what it is to be pushed mentally and physically well outside your comfort zones. Kickboxing/boxing training sessions are a specialty of mine.
