Tara is such a wonderful phlebotomist and huge heart. Great service. Sad when hearing people waiting being rude or abusive. These wonderful people work so hard! And lovely man at reception. So very helpful and a great sense of humor! Thanks so much for your hard work!

No very happy with the results my daughter walk out with today. I sent my 14year old child into your medical center with her grandmother at 1330 today was her appointment. For her to walk out all confused on why she paid 40 dollars for nothing!! not even some advice on how to deal with her eyes or her skin. No eye drops and advice on what face creams to use! She's a 14year old kid looking for medical advice not to pay $40 to be all confused. So disappointing!!! To also find out how my daughter was made to pay another $9 on top of her $40 a 14year old child to pay an adult fee this is disgusting. So $49 later to walk out with no information about her skin condition and no treatment for her sore eyes no general check ups or some actual nice advice because the doctor who seen her was very rude and unprofessional I've never heard of a doctor treating a 14year child like this before and I'll be making a complaint. And never bring my family back again! Poor results. The 5 star rating go's to the blood testing team who made my daughter feel like she was in a safe environment congratulations to the blood testing team.

Dr Peter Baur was absolutely outstanding when I had to visit the emergency centre this week. Fantastic care, extremely thorough and I was really impressed. The staff member at the main desk was also really helpful, explaining the process to me, as I was needing to be bumped around the various departments to complete a raft of assessments and tests. I've the best GP for nearly 20 years. Highly empathetic, professional and genuinely caring. Saved my life a couple of times with his early diagnosis. Personally what I like about him is he always present himself with a warm smile whenever I see him at my appointments. Knowing him, he would not like me to mention his name. So Hippocratic. Thank you, Sir.

If I could give less stars I would. I have left Palms. I have found a much better practice, but I had to travel outside the district to do it. The information sent to the new practice was not up-to-date. Palms so-called "medical" have done their level best to interfere with my therapy when they're not even the provider. But those silly little mindless tricks only work once. Their latest mindless decision was to try to force me to wait 2 hours before I could hand over a urine sample, that I brought with me! They didn't even have to provide a pottle. And my sample container had my name on it, so they could clearly see who it was from, and what it contained. Because of their total refusal to provide medical care, I was forced to call the Urology Department at the hospital, who were excellent. Polite, helpful, considerate, listened to me, and ordered a urine test at the testing centre right next door to Palms Medical, and on the phone they took a good 4 minutes to agree, not 2 hours. I should have been able to get an antibiotic that day, last Thursday, had Palms medical either taken my sample, or ordered a test, but they refused to do either. I had to wait until Monday afternoon 03/10/22 to get the antibiotic.

I've had to go in to the Palms with a sick toddler several times recently. The doctors are always great and the wait times have improved so much. The staff are very caring and I'd rate them for the way they treat their clients

ing joke!!! My dad requested a prescription for a medication he’s been on for 15 years+ and was told he shouldn’t even be on this medication in the first place but the Dr will call him. So Dr calls oh yes you can have his medication and asks him a few questions. Next thing we know we’re being billed $49 for a consultation!! We only wanted a prescription that he is meant to have in the first place. We tried to tell them what happened but nope not budging about the bill. Do not go to this medical centre, just a ing rip off.

Everyone from the receptionist, to the nurses in either urgent care or GP, to the GPs themselves and the urgent care doctors and nurse specialist have been nothing but kind, professional and competent in spite of their obviously restricted medical staffing. I agree that they need to hire more urgent care doctors on site to make the place run better and smoother, and cap the patient numbers to prevent such long awaiting times. The lack of star is to Palms management, NOT to the staff there. Other than that, the Palms is very clean, and has the advantage of having almost everything you need on site including urgent care as well as primary care, pharmacy, medlab, imaging, even mole mapping. Also the biggest plus is the small cafe/coffee place in front of the Palms. What a nice lady. We tend to see from our point of view as patients and complain but without them here; you’ll be in line in ED waiting for a lot longer; or have to find yet another GP that may or may not be accepting new patients. They’re not perfect - there’s definitely improvements to be made; but I would definitely not dismiss the good work they are doing. THANK YOU Palms.

Thank you to the doctor, nurses, and reception staff, they were all very friendly and professional. Since I wasn't a patient there, I was triaged and placed in a queue. I received regular updates along the way, and it was very appreciated.

The slowest place in Palmy. I visited them on Sunday as my was having cough. Although there was no traffic on the day due to the weekend, they took over 2 hours to attend simple cough patient. Highly ‘not recommended if you are thinking to register here for your medical needs :-
