I booked a cabin for one night. It had a double bed and a couch in it. The room was very run down with holes in the walls, dirty windows which you couldn’t lock closed and a door that didn’t feel secure. There was a musty odour and overall it felt dirty. While the location is good I ended up leaving as couldn’t bring myself to stay the night there.
Stayed in cabin 2 which had 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Noticed a strong odour coming from the room as soon as we walked in, mainly smelt of body odour and mildew. Kept the windows and doors open for hours however this didn’t help at all and then smell remained. Room appeared to be quite dirty, holes in the walls and dust covering surfaces and the fan in the corner. Tried to put the heater on in the evening however it absolutely reeked so we were unable to keep it on. The bedding on the double bed had a brown stain on it and burn holes on the top blanket. The door to our cabin was not locking at all so it had to be tied shut with a bootlace, reception area also smelt strongly of stale cigarette smoke. Location was great however that was the only pleasant thing about our stay.
We stay one night at power site, kitchens and lobby very small and old. Hot water is okay.nGood thing it's you can walk to see the glow worm Dell
Reception smells of stale cigarettes, rooms very dated and had to get a different cooker as wires were exposed and dangerous, floor slopes to one side. Not 50 sky tv channels as advertised only Freeview.
We stayed in a cabin for 1 night with a double bed and a single bed Cabin B. There is a hole on the wall and wall seems pretty thin. At least room is clean. We were lucky other guests were quiet in the night so we had a good sleep.nnFacility is quite basic and old. Share bathroom and shower room are okay. Given the price I paid $62.25, I can't complain at all.
