Rob and Harry were both fantastic. Personable and quick service without any fuss. Picked up two kids bikes. Even swapped one over the next day of purchase for a higher model just paid the difference in price. Professional, courteous and great prices if you are a member. The range of products and services is excellent plus they are open on the weekends. Only good things to say about them based on my recent experience. Keep up the great work.
Droppedin two weeks ago to checkout the Cube EMTB’s. Richard’s customer service and professionalism resulted in me putting down a deposit there and then.nnPicked the bike up last Monday and the thoroughness in which Richard went over the bike itself, the Knox 300 I bought, and other aspects of the setup of the bike was fantastic.nnHighly recommend.nnPS I took the bike out today for its maiden 51km, trails and road ride and am very impressed.

Harry is a true asset to the company. I came in searching for a specific gravel bike, and after my visit, I couldn’t be more satisfied. The fit service was exceptional, and Harry took the time to answer all of my questions. It was refreshing to be helped by someone who rides so much and was eager to share their personal preferences. Highly recommend!
Unbelievable service of the highest order by David at the Artarmon branch. Popped in late in the day without a proper booking but David took time to fix my bike, in spite of the number of bikes waiting service. Makes your day when you get great service and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg, which is so unusual in this day and age. . Bravo!
