Dreadful experience. Told on the phone I could haul my extra wheels in (tied to my back on my bike), buy new tyres and tubes and have them fitted while I wait. When I arrive, the guy from the phone starts taking the wheels. The manager walks over, seeing what an effort it was for me to get everything there and says "Sorry we're busy, come back on Monday". I'm not kidding, there were two people in the shop and the work room was quiet. I don't know what was going on, whether the manager was trying to make a point to someone at my expense or what but this is the worst bike shop in my 40+ years of cycling. Go anywhere but there

Good service, good price. Inner tube replacement. Fitted straight away for a very reasonable cost. I've found my new local bike shop. 👍

Every customer of this shop that I know agrees the owner is completely disorganised and usually late getting things done. In my case he proved to be a crook on top of that. He refused to acknowledge a product he sold me ruined my wheel (my regular bike shop took one look at a strange valve and identified the problem). He made me feel like a liar and treated me garbage. Complete lack of accountability and terrible customer service. Shop there at your peril.

Nice Guys very helpful. Had problem with my bike, it was stuck and wouldn't go, highly experienced mechanics, awesome work, highly recommended!
