The female employee was extremely impolite and disrespectful to customers. I filled up my gas tank and ordered a coffee, but they ran out of milk. I asked the employee for more, but she was very rude and seemed unhappy. Then I ordered another frozen drink, but my son accidentally spilled it, so I took another cup to cover it up. When I went to pay, the employee asked why I ordered two drinks. Her attitude was extremely impolite and unhappy. I'm willing to pay for the extra drink if you want. If you don't like your job, you can quit, but don't be so disrespectful to customers. I will never come back here.
Customer service is great, but the coffee area is always disgustingly dirty. I don't know why they don't leaves towels or wipes out because I'd be more than happy to clean it when I come in for my daily coffee, as I understand there is always only one person working at a time. I'm sure others would also. Noone wants a coffee from an area that stinks and is dirty. And there is no shake station here. Every other 7 Eleven I go to has one, but this store doesn't....? It's like they're 'just coping' and not actually caring.
I filled fuel for $48 and scanned my Didi membership, but the discount was not applied at all. When I questioned the staff, they had no idea how the system works and gave no proper explanation or solution.nnIf you are running a fuel station with membership programs, please provide proper training to your staff on how to serve customers and how to operate the system correctly. This kind of experience is frustrating and unacceptable.nnVery disappointing service. Customers shouldn’t have to suffer because of staff’s lack of knowledge and management.

I had a terrible experience at this petrol station. I arrived at 9:30 AM to fill up my tank, but the pump didn’t work. Then I noticed the cashier inside waving at me. When I walked in to ask what was going on, she told me they require upfront payment. I explained that I was filling up my tank and didn’t know the exact amount, but she insisted that the pump wouldn’t work unless I prepaid.nnIt’s clear there is a trust issue at this station—perhaps due to the neighborhood—but this is not the kind of treatment customers should receive. I chose not to buy any fuel and will never return. Customer service like this should not exist.
