Very poor customer service, just look at the fries they served me by a bold Caucasian man. I ordered fries not wedges. Absolutely disgusting.

Tough reviewing this place, as I don't appreciate the price and quality of food but I will say had a very pleasant experience with their team member I think his name was Sumo. He was a very kind and professional young man who helped me to my seat and made sure I was comfortable.

We got 2 hot chocolates last night around 11:30. The guy working was so rude. The hot chocolates were the worst I've ever had and they were warm, bordering on cold. Don't waste your money at this place.

I am a regular customer with 6000 acres for couple year, but since few staff has been hired new which they really need to improve their customer service and people skills. I would be happy to share their names up on requests from management as they will lose customers for having rude and unprofessional employees at public’s coffee shop.

right next to the arrival gates, its a pretty decent cafe with almost great coffee. ambience here is pretty cool and laid back, and at most times i was there its pretty quiet and cosy enough to read a good book or two. its definitely a good spot to have good coffee and chill while waiting for arrivals.

Customer service is absolutely appalling at this place. Please train the female staff member that was working at 6:30pm on the 8th of Feb.

Just god-awful, the manager called James or Jack was so outrageously rude I could hardly believe it. He said some truly racist things about me within ear shot as I walked away, he must have thought I couldn't hear. Despicable.

$6 for a disgusting and burnt Long Black. No thanks
