Long wait for an expensive coffee, but that is to be expected at an airport. The problem is the coffee was terrible - sour, astringent and cold at the same time

I know this is a coffee shop but making a good cup of tea is so simple. Hot water on to a tea bag immediately followed by milk is the wrong way to go about things. Asked for an extra tea bag and got the reply "Is your tea not strong enough?"...

The lady who served me was very cheery and helpful. I wasn't buying much only a hot chocolate but it was prepared immediately, with a smile and she even offered me marshmallows without me asking.

Coffee delightfully hot, just the way it should be. None of the burnt coffee taste that others experienced. Probably depends on the barista for the day.

Substandard Breakfast/Coffee. Microwave food and poor coffee. Tried it because of the Toby's Estate Brand, very disappointed. Better go Hungry Jacks near by.

I am a frequent traveller and this outlet is fabulous. I had a good experience with their coffee. Like all airports in the world, prices are on the higher side. Apart from this, the service and food were as per my expectation. Will remain a loyal customer to this outlet.
