Always find this lounge to have attentive service & a good variety of food. Tables are quickly cleared after finishing food. Hot pizzas are served usually daily around noon. The barista coffee is good. A variety of fresh salads are offered with soup & fruit. Seating is plentiful and comfortable
Love that there's barista-made coffee! The bar which opens at 12pm has a decent selection of reds/whites/sparkling. Pizza is available from about 11:30-12pm. There's a large number of comfortable seats and the toilets are very clean. The staff are also quite helpful/efficient.
Comfortable chairs and tables to relax in prior to your flight. Good choices on the menu and delicious hot pizza to enjoy....such a wonderful treat. Courteous service from the staff. The only downside were children not being properly supervised by their parents.
Worst travel experience of my life. flight was delayed from 11am till 4am next day. Told to be back at 2am to check-in and nobody attending check in till 2.45. Sleep deprived angry passengers everywhere...
The men's toilet was open. Although when going to wash hands, there were 2 workers with a ladder over the wash basin. There wasn't any barricading or signs. Water had been turned off. It is very unhygienic, and customers should deserve better.
The staff is attentive, the coffee line moved quickly. The food was always available and the switch from breakfast to lunch was seamless. The restroom was clean. Great way to spend 5 hours before a flight.
Expensive as you'd expect but clean and comfortable Great view to show youngens how the airport functions.
Very comfortable. Would like to have more phone charging points at the chairs overlooking the runway. You had to be seated next to a post. Other loungers have them on the skirting under the windows. It might be low, but your phone can rest on the window ledge
Very comfortable setting with ample seating. Very nice food on the menu with lots of variety to suit everyone. Generous Bar, and drinks/ coffee.
QANTAS are perhaps THE WORST developed nation carrier. Indeed I think I've had better service in Africa. Staffing is to the point where I think customers need to self serve at the drinks counter... Wait. I retract that. Thatll probably be an idea that the executive of the airline would want to use.. if so, I want my 20% of savings. At this point it's just a slightly tarted up low cost carrier. It's shameful that it's the nation's carrier. Absolute shambles
