Over priced menu, $6 for a small milkshake and $8.50 for a coffee, no prices displayed until they charge you. Oh, both drinks were not very good, milkshake was not cold and coffee was very weak.
If you're staying in 1770 and looking for a place to eat this is your best option. The service is efficient, the food is good with surprisingly awesome pizzas. It is a small family business so there may be a wait during busy periods but it is worth it. If you fancy a drink just make sure you pick up your favourite tipple in a bottle shop in Agnes Waters as it's BYO. As far as dining out in 1770 goes it's your best option
food is good. but disapointed that my 12 inch pizza was only 10 inches. thats approx 1/3 less. Hate being ripped off when it comes to food. They must think people are stupid. No. maybe they are right because nobody challenges them. The box it came in was 12 inches square. maybee thst qualifies a 12 inch pizza.
A basic bistro meal. Very small entree and kid meal sizes. Dessert brownie was very small but hubby was happy with his old fashioned banana split. Very friendly service.
As previous reviews say, location great, staff friendly, but.... way over priced for what you get! Fisherman's basket small and the salad was ordinary, steak burger was just OK. But, when you can walk there, BYO, and your on the beach, you decide. I'D GIVE IT 2.5
Amazing love this place. Great service and great food. That’s all topped off with a beachside view and the beautiful ocean breeze. We regularly visit on our holidays and everytime we are excited to go back.
It seems most of the food here is made from frozen products, including the seafood and vegetables. Service is average, as is the decor. Location is great.
Went for lunch, and hadn't realised they only did pizzas at night. Food was ok, but sitting outside with the dog and looking out over the sea was great.
Great place to relax and have a coffee out of the heat. Nice and cool great view, watch the activities on the beach. Nice food to. Didn't have dinner there but the breakfast and coffee was great.
Delicious pizza! We had one large supreme and one large vegetarian, both cooked to perfection with perfectly balanced flavours!
