We have have built 2 homes with 101 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, the sales designer Matt was great, he listened to our brief and designed exactly what we were looking for and offered great value for money compared to the others. The process in the office was good and we were well informed but with a few errors, but once we pointed these out 101 fixed them straight away. The build was fantastic, we were updated regularly and informed along the way. The build time was inside what we were told and the quality was outstanding. James our supervisor was so helpful and worked in with us and our trades. I have since referred 3 friends and family since our first build and they are all happy as well so far. Thanks 101.

careful who you speak too, 101 will be requesting money from the start before they even do anything and ask for more to even produce a quote, thus trying to lock you in, we walked away from our $2000 and went with another builder who has put in a huge amount of work and not once put their hand out, nor have they been pushy, last week we signed up with them sorry 101 ...my advise to anyone is choose a well established company with a proven record who rely on service and a good product not rely on you being not prepared to walk away from moneys already spent. maybe 101 build a good product, i have no idea and i dont think they have been around long enough for me to know.

Seems like a company without morals. Give them a miss. Refer to recent newspaper articals then make a choice.

101 kept our deposit even though we did not sign the main build contract. I would suggest to homebuyers not to give over the 3k to your main contract is offered and you are happy with it. They lost my trust and my confidence in that process and we left their offices without signing. They hide their cost in provisional sums and variations. Nearly a year on and we still have not received our money back. I would highly recommend not to sign with 101.

Sad when a builder encourages staff and friends to submit 5 star reviews when the reality is the opposite.
