This isn't my usual Zubias spot, but a few months ago I had my eyebrows threaded and the henna brows done the latter for the first time. I was impressed with the difference the henna made to defining my brows! Great service from the staff - nice to know there's consistency going to different stores!
What a great friendly atmosphere, the staff are always welcoming, and greet you with a smile. Their service is efficient, thorough, and my eyebrows have never looked better. So glad their new “mall” store near the new David Jones continues to provide outstanding service.
I usually go to Garden City where they're good but this time I went to Carousel and Mandeep apologies if I've spelt her name wrong! did my eyebrow and lash tinting and lip threading.. Best ever - I said I wanted no thick "boxing" of my brows. Usually it's the day after before I'm happy with them but this time they were perfect straight away. The lip threading also didn't seem as painful as usual. Definitely returning!
I asked for the colour most similar to my hair which may i add is light brown and they gave me medium brown coloured browns which turned out to be grey/ black even though i asked for the colour most similar to my hair... I didn't pay $19 to look ridiculous! Also, the women rubbed the dye off so hard that the skin around my eyebrows haven't stopped stinging. Very, VERY annoyed. Disappointing seeing as the first time i got them done, they were amazing.
I had my first time brow lamination done by Raman in Zubias Carousel and I'm very pleased with her work and friendliness. I would definitely be getting my second lamination done here.
My first time getting threading and tinting and I loved it! So patient and explained everything to me and the results are great! Even with a 10 minute wait, they were so professional and quick! I will be back
I am quite disappointed with the service provided. Several times, I kindly asked the staff to put less pressure on my skin. Eventhough my skin get irritated this time, she kept threatening with too much pressure and it left cuts on my eyelid.
Huge thank you to Raman’s excellent customer service! She was very lovely and meticulous with threading my eyebrows.
Haven't been here before so I'd thought I'd try it out. There's only one person here. I've Been waiting for almost an hour, she told me to come back and it'll only take 15 mins, came back 20 mins later still waiting. Finally my turn when this other "lady" decided to have a go at the poor girl, she then asked me if I can wait a little longer. It's a Sunday, there will be more people coming for a service. If you want business then put more people. The poor girl who was working was getting abused left and right.
The lady said she would only be a couple of minutes so told me to take a seat and wait.. but i waited 45mins to get my eyebrows threaded. When she finally did them they didn’t have much shape and were hella skinny...
