I regularly buy this ASAP face scrub - exfoliate + renew 200ml for $55 and suddenly became $64. I asked why and the lady answered their prices increased. I quickly checked the essential beauty online shop and it is $55, so I respectfully asked for a receipt but the lady couldn’t give me as she said they don’t give official receipts and it is what it is, really? I never knew selling products in Australia without receipt is now legal! Will never buy again!
I even hated to give 1 star to a place who offered such an worse customer service. I called the saloon around 6.56pm and said I will be there by 7.15pm to get waxing done. The girl who answered the phone assured that I can come in. I have a 20 month old I had to go all the way to carousel find parking rush into the store after leaving my son with my partner. I was there on time. Walked in the manager of the store said I don't have any booking. I was very upset I nicely told her I Just spoke to your staff and she said I can come in and I was on time. Trusting her words I rushed in if you would have said no appointment available then I would have went to different saloon. The manager showed no empathy in the first place. We started conversation while other customers were watching. I literally begged her even if they do one service it should be fine as I came in all the way especially with my toddler. I wouldn't have come all the way if they gave me no slots. The manager made it look funny by responding abruptly that Sorry you did not leave your number so someone booked with a phone number we prioritised them I said look we had clear conversation and The girl confirmed booking. While this was hapenning othet girl in the saloon walked to the front and gave a nasty look so the girls waiting at the front started laughing at me they all had eye gestures. Being a professional with Many degrees it quiet did upset me and I bursted in tears that I din have to be insulted that way. So simple why would they ask me to come in and refuse me when I was ON TIME. After I cried and said " you made me look funny" and I pointed out there were cameras and my phone call recordings the manager came down said now I can let u in. I said nope I would never wanted a service from such an worse plan where they trigger people emotions by insulting infront of others - whole lot of unprofessionalism. I have attached recording. Pls do not experience this kind of insults from them. I use essential beauty for waxing past 17 yrs in perth cbd, Livingston and Cockburn aswell. Never even had one horrible experience. I have heard my friends telling me about these people. I would have never written a review like this if they din make me look like a joker Infront of others for driving all the way up trusting what the girl said. As a mananger she could have helped me avoiding all this. I am taking this matter further as Experiencing Racism and Extreme rudeness. I asked them not to delete any recordings as everything have been recorded. They should know how to treat a customer not making them bursting in tears. I walked into endota spa such an amazing place. When I shared my experience they empathised took me offered cup of tea, somehow managed to get my wax done. I felt really pampered and that made my day. I couldn't attach the video recording but am sure I will present it if required.

After some bad experiences I was hesitant to get further waxing done. I’m so glad I came across this gem in the Carousel! Sacha, not only did an amazing job, she was thorough, professional and she put me at complete ease! Fair prices, friendly service, highly recommend!!Services: Leg hair removal

Great service by the ladies. My son got his ears pierced a few years ago. We returned last week for my 4 year old to get hers done and the Mrs made a last minute decision to get her nose done. The ladies here are fantastic to deal with and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others.

Had a horrible experience when I booked in to get my septum pierced, the lady cleaned my nose but didn’t feel for my sweet spot and just put the clamp in my nose. She shoved the needle through and was one of the worst pains I’ve had when it comes to piercings considering I’ve had my n*pple pierced. She had gotten the needle through and tried getting the jewellery through but told me that it was getting stuck in the middle of my nose and couldn’t get the jewellery in, she offered to repierce it or I could get a refund. I went with the refund because I was not going through that pain again, I had gone to angel body piercings and asked about my experience and they checked out my nose and felt for my sweet spot and told me the lady had actually pierced through my cartilage in my nose and that it shouldn’t have hurt as bad as it did. I’ve had other piercings done before and I barely felt a thing but this was honestly the worst pain I had endured when getting a piercing. Definitely don’t recommend going here, they are overpriced and don’t seem to know what they’re doing. The lady was very nice and apologetic but unfortunately didn’t seem to know what she was doing.
