Went in for a hair cut last week, wasn’t very happy with my experience. The lady cutting my hair was very polite but didn’t really cut it how I wanted and didn’t really listen to me as a client. I understand that the salon is understaffed due to Covid so it needed to be done time efficiently. I asked for my hair to be trimmed and some face framing pieces. She did not give me any face framing pieces but instead asked if she could thin out my hair even though I had never asked her to do that. I said yes because I usually trust that my hairdresser has the right opinion. At the end of the day I got a trim and my hair thinned out. My hair is thick and a bit curly so I do understand that it is not the easiest hair to work with. My ends look very choppy and overall just doesn’t look how I wanted it to look. I feel if the client asks for something, it should be at least listened too and be done to best of the hairdressers abilities.
Went to the barbershop at Salon Express Carousel. I’ve been waiting to get a haircut for weeks now. Every time I go somewhere it just hasn’t seemed inviting or too busy and long waits. I walked in here this morning and loved it from the get go. Very professional and good cut. Friendly staff and good vibe all around. Will definitely be coming back here.Service: Hairstyling
I was in need of a new hairdo so I came here to redye and cut my hair. I was served by Viriana and she did such an amazing job! Hair looks exactly like the images I showed her and I couldn't be more happier. Thank you so much! 10/10 Would definitely come back!
I went to Salon Xpress Carousel for haircut at 1 PM Sunday. I was told that it was busy so a staff member named Bethany made a booking for me for 3:00 PM. When I went back at 3:00 PM Bethany told me that I had no booking and I had to wait for 2 more people in front of me. When I insisted that I had an appointment, Bethany pretended to look at her computer screen and then claimed that she "found" my booking, but I will still have to wait. I decided not to wait. This team member wasted an hour of my time. Why make a booking when you cannot serve people at the time of their booking? I can understand a delay of 15 minutes, but why would you want people to wait for an hour? Terrible service!
Disappointing I asked for something else and completely got something different. I showed the picture of what I wanted to them three times and the lady told me she just gonna cut a little bit then she cut more shorter that I wanted I’m so mad it was my first time there and it wasn’t good at all.
Was recommended by a friend and was able to quickly get a slot for a haircut. Michelle who cut my hair was lovely, great service and I love how my hair looks. Would recommend.

It’s the worse hair salon I’ve ever been. Just cut for 1hour and half and definitely it wasn’t same length of hair. I’ll never come back again.
