Lovely store with great staff. Had a good experience dropping by and having a look around. Left with a couple board games and a novelty towel. I'd say it was pretty well worth it.
The Team at North Lakes are always busy when I visit. It seems abit understaffed at times for how busy they all are. My family are frequent shoppers at this establishment, god forbid my kids need to have those paper Pokémon cards. I’m so sorry, I got side tracked talking about my kids and the money I throw out the window. The team is always so busy, but they always have time to check in on customer. I appreciate the team at north lakes. Thanks for always putting up with my children deciding on which packet is heavier and taking pocket money.
So they’ve got a pop up stall infront of Noni.B at Northlakes Westfield. I was there today and the lady serving us was absolutely lovely. She had a red ribbon in her hair but I thought she deserved some admiration. Christmas shopping can get hectic and she lightened my mood a tonne.
Just wanted to buy about 150 worth of stuff but was waiting in line for over 10mins cause the girl at the counter couldn't stop talking to the customer she has. Well you just missed a sale and will get what I want online from now on.
It's nice to see them have lots of friends merchandise.. and my kids enjoy Minecraft and they have lots of Minecraft toys. I normally have about three staff working here extremely busy but well worth the visit.
Great store, with a great team. They are always willing to help. Only downside is that it's a bit small.

I was served by Sally today as I went to get a refund that was a little trick to process. Sally was on her own with other customers in store she was very helpful and Polite went above and beyond to help me with my refund as well as ringing another store to find what we were looking for. Sally is a credit to Zing! A big thank you amazing customer service.
Couldn't be happier with girls at ZING North Lakes, friendly with huge smiles on their faces with a true appreciation for Pop Culture. The service from the team at North Lakes is amazing, going above and beyond helping me with online orders so I can Afterpay, even going to the lengths of doing it all for me so I can have more of a browse around. Always come out of the North lakes store appreciated and satisfied with my purchase.
Staff are always super friendly, great range of products.
