I bought my favourite Zimmerman dress from this store. I wore my dress on my wedding anniversary but lost the complementary scarf somewhere in between the restaurant and Uber ride. I went back to the store and asked the ladies to buy a new one but they did not have any available at that time. They took my phone number to call if there is any scarf at the other stores. I thought they were trying to be kind but believe it or not they did call me back. And told to pick up the new scarf. They did not forget about my inquiry but they also followed it up. It’s not the fabric it’s definitely the Zimmermann experience. Since then Paddington store has my heart. Excellent customer service. Can’t wait it to be reopen.
My daughter bought a dress for cup only to receive appalling customer service. The staff made comments about her being wet from the rain, didn't assist her in the dressing room then when she spent $500 on the dress was given the item in a plastic bag and had to ask for a store bag. They are supposed to be a luxury brand yet you receive more attentive service at Aldi or the Pet Barn. Even the David Jones lady warned my daughter about the service she was likely to receive at the Paddington store. Very disappointing.
Visited here with a friend, staff were welcoming and detail-oriented. Store is well laid out with a vibrant range and has clean and spacious fitting rooms. Unfortunately they were out of stock for the right size of a particular item, but the young lady helping us was proactive and friendly.
My friend bought a $600 dress from this Zimmerman store - it had a defect so she brought it back, tags on, never worn, to exchange but they refused to exchange it saying she had damaged it. These guys are dodgy crooks steer clear.
