What a great gem of a shop. Best quality, great variety and most importantly amazing customer service.  I was there last Saturday and Lyn I hope I pronounce her name correctly she was so patient with me, explaining everything, providing me with different options for an anniversary present. Papinelle is The Best place I have ever found for the most beautiful luxuriously soft materials and superior quality. The styles and different blends are always on point and up to date. Recently I have had to endure 3 years of back to back surgeries every 3 months and could not have gone through it without Papinelle pajamas and lounge wear. As well as the staff, who got me through the decision making and exchanges when I couldn't think straight. They were all so lovely and very kind helping me with the proper care instructions and overall support . I honestly could not be more grateful for this company as they have been delightful to work with and a huge blessing in my life. I will forever be shopping and will look forward to the new upcoming styles and sets. One of my favorite things in life is to collect Papinelle and rest easy in the comfort and quality of the Best of the best! Thank you!!

I recently bought some sleepwear for the family including myself and wow! The fabric was so soft, the design was amazing and the service was fantastic. I never knew that sleepwear could feel so good. Highly recommend for every member of the family.

The nightwear looks nice, but I was very disappointed from a sustainability/quality perspective. The stitching is fairly poor loose threads +++ and the elastic has completely given out in two months, with delicate wash in a linen bag. For the price, I wouldn't recommend, and certainly not for the planet - barely lasting a season.

First time online customer. Fast delivery, beautifully packaged. Size exchange required calling customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff guided me through the return and reordering process. I bought 2 quality nightgowns and have recommended them to a friend.

I recently purchased a few items from Papinelle Sleepwear from their easy to use website and was delighted at the quality products, and totally gorgeous presentation! The customer service was top notch and I can highly recommend them!

Loved the feather navy soft joggers that I bought the grey 2 pce. I received the grey and the top had blue ink stains on the fabric which was disappointing.
