Whilst I ended up finding a dress elsewhere, of all the bridal shops I went to, The Ivory Room truly stood out. The new space is absolutely stunning and the girls were incredibly lovely. Another standout was the communication - Amanda followed me up almost instantly with prices and was perfect to deal with.
I cannot highly recommend this boutique enough!! Not only is the space beautiful in itself but Nicole is phenomenal. As soon as I entered I felt right at home, Nicole is so lovely and knowledgeable. Every fitting I had she made me feel like I was going to be the most beautiful bride. She has an eye for details and nothing was too hard. I asked to make changes to a design and without hesitation she contacted the designer to confirm this was possible. Communication was 10/10 and service was like no other. I wish I could do it all again! Love love love!
What an AMAZING experience! I have been to many other bridal shops on my journey to find my wedding dress and The Ivory Room was BY FAR the best experience I’ve had. Their dress selection was exquisite, they involved my friend and family on FaceTime which was so important to me, had champagne & deserts, and they made me feel so special on a very important day to me. I’m in love with this shop! If you’re wondering if you should add The Ivory Room to your list of bridal shops, make it your #1!

I cannot speak more highly of the Ivory Room. Their staff, service and dresses exceeded all my expectations. Not only did Amanda and her team manage to fit me in last minute to which I am truly grateful, her expert team found so many beautiful dresses for me that fit my brief to a tea. They where so accommodating to my bridal party and made the appointment so much fun! The store is breathtaking however I love and appreciated that each bridal party received their own room to make their experience feel super personal. I went to two bridal stores before this appointment and none compared to the quality of service the Ivory Room girls gave me. Thank you again! Ill see you soon to pick up my dress! xx
Can not recommend this boutique highly enough!!! I went to countless bridal stores and this place was hands down the best experience. They make you feel amazing! how you should feel shopping for your wedding gown. Personally, it’s not just about the gown but the whole bridal experience. From the champagne on arrival to the one-on-one, personal consultation. Nicole knows her stuff and will help you find the perfect gown for your bridal moment! The service is exceptional. Amanda and Nicole are 110% responsive to your every need. I ended up buying two gowns as I fell pregnant a few months after and Nicole even helped me sell one of the gowns online when I was 9 months pregnant. From beginning to end, they were outstanding!! Thank you Nicole Keep doing what you’re doing!! x
The Ivory Room Bridal was my third store I have visited, after two not so good experiences I was a bit nervous going to this store however when I met with Olivia she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable, she listened to exactly what I was looking for- this experience in The Ivory Room Bridal was what I had imagined going wedding dress shopping to be like feeling at ease and having a few laughs along the way, I’m now booked in to go back for my second appointment next week! The store itself is stunning and they have some of the most beautiful dresses. The service, products and atmosphere was amazing. I would highly recommend this store to anyone starting off on their bridal journey!
I had the most wonderful experience trying dresses on at The Ivory Room. It is clear from the moment you step in that they are absolutely committed to their mission statement of making the bridal experience like none other. Not only do they have a stellar collection of gorgeous dresses, the team is incredibly attentive and fun. I did not feel rushed I wish I could say the same for some other dress shops and I felt very supported in my decisions. The glass of champagne was just the cherry on top of the cake I ultimately did not end up saying “yes to the dress” from The Ivory Room, but the experience I had here stands out like none other. You won’t go wrong trying dresses on here. Wishing all brides the very best for their search for the perfect dress!
The Ivory Room was by far the most incredible dress shopping experience that I have had. The fit out of the store is so minimalistic and elegant, and the quality of the dresses and designers are amazing. Nicole was so beautiful to deal with, and spent so much time with me to find the perfect dress. If you want a luxurious experience, this is the place to go. The champagne and macarons were just the icing on top!
I had my first dress appointment with The Ivory Room and was blown away. Olivia was lovely and patient and she made the day so much fun! The store stocks the chicest dresses and having your own private suite makes it that extra bit special. Already looking forward to going back to try on my favourite dresses again and making a decision on the one!
