Poor interpretation of no refund for change of mind policy. Beware, you wont get your money back for ANY reason! I was offered zero understanding or empathy for unfortunately purchasing clothing that was unwearable.
Granted I didn't need to return the item I purchased, but as a traveler, this store introduced me to brands with which I was previously unfamiliar. I also found the staff very nice and helpful.
Great service. They replaced faulty jeans for me without any fuss :
