Place felt a bit cheap with low quality food. Nothing on the menu stood out really. A bit disappointing given the good reviews that led us to the place.

Everytime we are traveling from Auckland and back Zar's is our go to place. The service on point; But the food clean, fresh, to die for, andddd hot. The staff are amazing and always well mannered. Myself and my family would never stop coming to this cafe as long as it is open. I would rate this cafe to any travellers, who are passing through Taumaranui.
