Great customer service and helpful when I first created my Iced Tea concoction of adding a 1/2 shot of flavour. Have had 1 bad experience where the coffee was extremely strong and we were offered 'with compliments' cards. If you get coffee alot go to Zarraffa's and get a Z Card, so useful when you get a free drink! When it is busy the tables and such are a little dirty

Seen management and requested that service should be prompt and times should be quicker. I feel as though the store manager is on top of it. Great cold beverages so good on a cold day.  Best ive had just hope service improves now

Waited 20minutes for a grande hot white chocolate this morning. Took them 10 other orders before realizing that ive been waiting. Their excuse was tjat it "didn't go through their system" And all i got was a sorry and a short complementary short beverage. Not happy.

Great customer service! The girls and guys here are always prompt with their service. They're always happy to see me and even know me by name. I'd go out of my way for a coffee here!

Coffee is OK, but dependant on which barista you get. Can get very busy in the morning with uni staff and students. Expect a wait. Nice outdoor seating.

Lovely staff, lovely coffee.  I’ve been going here every week for the last six months and I’ve never had a complaint.  Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

So I ordered bacon n cheese toasties. Got a very small piece of bacon n cheese was almost non existent. $8.95.

Can be very busy with a long wait. Depending the staff the coffee can be a hit and miss too.

Good coffee. Open from 5am which is what we needed.

Great  coffee. Great sevice.
