We’ve been going to Zaraffa’s for a few years now. The staff at Robina are the best and put the most effort in when it comes to making our coffee for us. We’re going quite frequently and most of them know us by now and know what we’re usually ordering! Great customer service and great coffee.
i order 2 drinks, one medium and one large but they charged me for the jumbo which is not what i asked for, this was at 10:25 and now i have food poisoning. thanks a lot guys, charged for the wrong thing i didn’t ask for, didn’t get the milk i asked for got full cream instead of lactose free and now i’ve got food poisoning from it. first time there and last time going there
This is one of the best zarraffas I have ever been to the lovely girls that were on best services and the drinks we got were absolutely amazing best drinks I have ever had from any zarraffas will definitely be coming back
The service here was great. We were greeted by Danni and she made us feel welcome without judgement. I suffer from social anxiety and this made my whole week. Will be coming here again whenever I can.
Seriously need to re evaluate the amount of food they hold out and adjust for their sales as the chicken we received tasted off and like fish like it was sitting and food hold times abused

My favourite Zarraffas on the Gold Coast. I can’t praise enough the Kind and friendly staff that consistently make the best coffees! Love this place and am happy that they are local to me.
