Went to buy a chicken pasta salad. Had s whole plate full of pasta with 3 little pieces of chicken. I asked to have some pasta taken off and a little more chicken where the young girl replied with sorry I'm not allowed to do that. So I said don't worry about it.. if I wanted a plate of pasta I'd of asked for it
We had ordered a selection of food for a pre-wedding breakfast for the bridal party. Imagine our reaction when we went to pick it up and was told they had no order request!! Upon showing the confirmation, all she could do was say “sorry about that”! You may be sorry but that did not help out a stressful situation. Really annoyed and disappointed!!
Almost every day I have to walk up to there and say I can't order online, then after all they always make the online store available for ordering, feels like they really don’t want to turn it on.. For those who work at the mall, ordering online until arrives at the store makes all the difference. Help us continue to be your customer every morning, please turn the online order on … Thank you for your business!

Had a greek salad best salad ive had in ages saled portions are very good everything was well presented the greek salad caught my eye as i left i couldn't live with my self if i didn't get it keep it up guys
the girl at the store had her hair down and when she went to put the salads in the bowl her hair was in our food, very unhygienic
Some of your young staff are very rude. No greeting No smile No thank you No have a good day. Simple gestures in customer service. Managers not training the staff in customer service. There's plenty of lunch options in that food court and most of them are super friendly. That's 1 star Sol Origin won't be back.
Tasty food, let down by the amount/size of the fillings.. never used to be like this. Time to step it up and stop being so cheap, unlike the same costs that we pay for your food.
No filling when dished out. Just lettuce or uncooked rice.
Service in this place is very poor. Zero customer service satisfaction zero enthusiasm zero communication.
