Have visited this branch of Zarraffas a few times. There's a drive through option if needed, but we always sit in the cafe area either outside under cover or in the air-conditioned area depending on the weather.  Coffee is best ordered with a double shot in the short size for good strength otherwise is very weak. Service is usually pretty quick.  Parking: Carpark front of shop

There is no person while having coffee with friends. We stayed for approx. 30 mins  but the table with sugar scattered and the take-out cup was lit on the table & wasn't cleaned up until we left. However, coffee taste was good.Food: 4/5

Great convenient location. Can sometimes take a while in drive thru particularly if people order food.Food: 3/5

I always enjoy my latte and ZBR from Zarraffas, the staff are friendly and make sure I sometimes get a free coffee thanks to my Z-card membership. The delicious smell of the store, even through drive through, makes me feel warm and happy. Thanks team!!

Revising my review. No one got back to me from Zaraffas despite completing the form.  I completed the form the day I posted my initial review. So before they provided the link.  Anyway went back in store but this time not through the the drive-thru. The service, coffee and food was fine.  I do believe something is not right with the coffee made at drive-thru and this is the case for years. Weak and warm every time. I ask for extra shot and extra hot though?

Amazing coffee! Excellent customer service. Staff are always kind and cheerful, even early in the morning. Thank you to all staff for your hard work. Keep up the amazing job.

Can you guys please start stirring the drinks you serve please. It’s ridiculous I have to find something in my car to stir it every single time or else I’m left with half a cup I can’t drink because it’s all syrup! No good.

Unfortunately I find the hot drinks are too inconsistent, it's more a miss than a hit.

Finally a place that can make an extra hot coffee and a great one at that. Cheers it's not easy getting a hit coffee these days. Thanks so much.
