Great pub for a wholesome dinner and fun evening. The food is good, everything is great value, the service is good and the atmosphere is fun. The restaurant has recently been redone and it is lovely. They also do comedy shows and trivia nights.
Attended the starry Nights promotion. The baked Camembert was a lovely treat. For a Saturday night 5 - 7pm there was quite a few empty spaces. Tried 4 separate cocktails between 2 of us. Least favourite was Mr Frost. Smortini was the absolute bomb. I've only given 3 stars because there was really only 2 spaces that were reminiscent of 'the winter wonderland' as advertised. Otherwise a few fairy lights, bar stools & tables. Staff were all absolutely lovely though.
Fitzys has always been a great pub for a couple of cheeky beers and some dinner. There is always a good crowd and the staff are really friendly. The pub is always really clean and well maintained. The food is really good and priced well for a family feed. Perfectly located for after work drinks or a night out with friends. Highly recommended if you are in the area or stopping through.
First time at this establishment. Beautiful food, great service. I had the wild rice salad and added grilled prawns. Delicious. You can order from your table and everything was delivered promptly.
Nice pub style food, attended on a Saturday and had a short wait for food to be cooked. Staff were also friendly... Update: By "short wait", I mean that it came very quickly.
Food service staff excellent, front door service could be improved. Can get very loud sitting inside, menu is good, prices moderate to hight. Children's play area changed again, boxy small and not well ventilated. Very cramped and hand to motion kids. Allot going on, and no real atmosphere. Still ok for a local. 3.5
2nd review 30th April 2022, once again in for lunch and once again we had a great meal to share. Brushetta with ham and cheese was excellent, one of the best we have had, the balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil was perfect and the ham was different but at the same time it made the meal, it's a 9 out of 10 from both of us. We then shared a steak sandwich, again very tasty and the steak was very tender but the toasted rustic loaf was unusual, nice but not what we would have preferred, its an 8 out of 10 from us on this. Overall a good meal and a nice change from the hyperdome food court, if you are in the area give it a go. 1st review Well they really have done some good reno's to this pub in the restaurant area, fresh clean and welcoming. Pub meals at pub prices with a good selection from the menu. I had 250 gram rump with Dianne sauce and my wife had eye fillet and gravy. To be honest the rump was actually good, cooked medium but it did have and area that was very grissely and hard to chew. The wife said her eye fillet was a little chewy but was ok. A little bit too much green veggies could of spruced it up with some carrots or squash. Mashed potatoes were ok, edible but we've had better. Kids meal was worth the money 6 nuggets and chips with corn but could do with a free ice cream at $10 Sticky date pudding to finish was ok but not the best we have had. Note this is our own personal opinion and may not be the same opinion as other people think of the same venue. Used to be good food. Service is still awesome. This burger was returned and refund given. I would love this to be the last negative review I have to give this place as I really like it. Sports bar staff are fantastic. Regular visitor.
Went to Fitzys Loganholme for the first time today as I heard they do Monday specials 50%. Ordered Chicken Parmy massive size and Sticky Date Pudding. Absolutely great food and customer service. Staff Haze explained how to place the order and pay using QR code and also mentioned the waiting time 30-40min for the food upfront. Thanks Haze & Fitzys for a wonderful evening. I'll be visiting more often.
We went and done a paint and sip night, which we quite enjoy. The night had an awesome drag host by the name of Sho Sho, she definitely made the night a good fun night, my wife and I quite enjoyed the night, good quality food and some tantalising cocktails to enjoy out in the terrace bar
