This is getting beyond a joke. For weeks there has been no cold drinks available every time I enter. It’s now to the point that the staff greet me with “we’ve got no cold drinks available”. When that becomes the standard greeting, there is a serious business problem here. How does a coffee shop run out of ice every day and just stop selling 50% of its menu instead of getting more ice? If you’re looking for a cold drink on a hot summer’s day, avoid Gloria Jeans! Little Spoon next to Woolworths manages to serve all its drinks options all day so try there.
First visit and it will be our last. Rushed at the counter with poor communication. The cheesecake we asked for was literally "dumped" with the tongs into the cardboard box, coffee was ok but I had to carry everything out to my partner in 2 trips as the staff had not collected any of the trays. That also tells you the place was a mess with rubbish over most tables.
I walked in and asked the workers who made the best coffee, initially no one put there hand up, BUT then all of a sudden from the background a voice appeared, I will make your coffee! It’s strength was perfect for me and I would certainly grab anyone if I was in town.
Gets coffee orders wrong and then speaks rudely when questioned about order. This has happened twice to my daughter now, both times same woman. Customer service obviously not important, nor listening to customer when placing order
Poorly managed how does a coffee shop run out of cream at lunch time. Rude staff sarcastically said you were told we had no cream when obviously were not or why would we ask why it had none.
I have been a regular customer for many years and always found the staff to be friendly and the service is always prompt and efficient. I have recently moved away from the area but still come back to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere.

Drink tasted ok, syrup wasn't stirred in so I just got a giant mouthful of syrup and they didn't have any straws for the iced coffee so I had to wonder around to find one just to be able to drink it.
Hot chocolate was only half full, the rest was foam, coffee was bitter, watery and burnt tasting and completely unenjoyable and the egg and bacon toastie was so gross the scrambled egg on it tasted off and was mixed with bbq sauce yuck. Now the scones were great and not dry at all, the hot chocolate whilst only half full was delicious and the service was friendly enough and acceptable. Would I come again? Yeah probably not
No personality from any staff it's like they hate being there. Coffee was ok. Spilt drinks, no apology with other customers. Closes and opens when they feel like it. Sandwich served in a box that doesn't fit. Very unprofessional
