I always go to this store and no problem. Someone pretty rude at the cashier today. Please don't work in retail if you can even deliver good manners and be friendly. I understand the policy but I don't need you to be rude.

I went to the Chatswood store a few days ago and was served by Shreya Shrestha who was extremely helpful in assisting me with a return and purchase. She made the process smooth and easy and is an asset to the store.

Male and kids section is well ordered but the women's section was a little disorderly.... Well they had a sale so that could be the reason. Bring your own shopping bag. A bag cost me 20 cents.

Went to shop on 2nd Oct and the staff 'boran' really helpful and really friendly, I wish I could give more than 5 stars for her because she didn't hesitate to help us and answer all of our questions. She went out of her way to assist us and I think she displays outstanding customer service.

One of the few shops in Australia that carries 34 and 36 sized shirts and suits for men. Good quality too.

If I could give no star I would. The staff are absolutely terrible. Rude. Arrogant. Don’t even want to be there. They would not crack a smile if it meant saving someone’s life. Management has no authority or is a complete mess as to who is in charge. It seems old staff have been changed in recent months and this is when the service went trash. No offense and not racial but Asian staff in Zara chatswood are very very rude to the customer. Area management go see what is wrong and fix it. I refuse to shop there ever again.

They had their sticker price in Euro, not Australian dollars, so when you tried to buy something, thinking it was cheap, it was two and a half times the price!!!!

Went there today and the middle age women at the cashier were very rude. It’s sad.
