I went to this store today and had the worst customer service ever! I returned the 2 boxes of shoes to the lady at the counter by politely saying thank you but she rolled her eyes and walked away from me. What is her problem?
Amazing service even though the guy knew I wasn't buying a pair. He helped me check my size in the same shoe in another colour and then proceeded to check if it was available to purchase online and showed me how. Amazing service. I didn't get his name but was just now. Saturday 14th December 2019 at 12:40pm. He deserves an award.
The girl at the store heavily botoxed fake blonde just couldn't be bothered. We liked a pair of Lacoste which they were selling for $189 whilst Lacoste.com.au was selling for $151. The girl flatly refused to even try to price match. She was reluctant to show us shoes and just didn't look like she wanted to be there. It's no wonder that more and more retailers are perishing.
Appalling. I recently bought a pair of New Balance Rev Lite. On the first wear they took the skin off both my heels because the inside seam of the heels is not lined at all. I've had countless running shoes over the years and this is the first that's not lined. When I took them back the manager Sean who refused to give his surname claimed that that's just the way the shoes are designed and refused any kind of a refund or exchange. The fact that the shoes are simply unwearable cut no ice with Sean. While I was there I saw someone else being refused an exchange or a refund so it looks like some kind of policy. Unbelievable!
Hi Hype DC Can I just say Daniell, from your Chatswood Sydney Australia store, who assisted me in choosing the best shoe for me. She is the role model for sales. I have visited many stores where customer service is non existent. Even attention when you want to purchase something is rare, then they appear annoyed rather than happy to assist purchases. Daniell on the other hand, was engaging, gave me excellent advice and then proceeded to show me the value propositions of the item. I live in Singapore now and visiting but I will be recommending this store due to her merits. I just wanted to say thank you. James
Walked in looking for sneakers, no one asked if they can be of any help.. staff just look at you and expect the customer to ask for help when the staff Should be asking the customer if they need any help with any product. Bad customer service, zero rating, will buy my shoes from hype online only..
