Every occasion has been a consistent & professional environment experience. If I’ve had to line-up & wait for service, it had only need for a minute or two. Everyone is genuinely friendly & extremely knowledgeable on the topic of their products. So much so, it is evident they’re well aware of the relationship their customers have with the Nespresso brand & products. While postage is very convenient, I go out of my way to purchase my pods usually around $100 worth at a time from in-store. The store is always clean & fresh with no dust noticeable on shelf products that probably don’t get handled very often. An example for others, for sure.
Would highly recommend Nespresso Boutique Chatswood. We went there on Saturday 1 October 2022 to stock up on Vertuo coffee pods. We decided to taste the latest flavour, Pumpkin Spice Cake, which was very good, but what stood out was the exceptional customer service. The member of staff making the coffee was Joe, he was excellent, very well mannered, professional and great at demonstrating the coffee and assisting with various customers, who were tasing various flavours. The same excellent standard of service was also received from Sarah, who processed and packed our order, again excellent customer service. We decided to let the manager know that this was a great standard of service and such a welcome change in this current challenging world and we would definitely return again to this boutique for our coffee in future. The manager, Farah, was very happy to hear our feedback, regarding our experience, she was just as nice, making a very busy Saturday chore a really great customer experience. Thank You !
OMG... it was just sheer pleasure dealing with Janelle at the Chatswood boutique. What a great experience. Thank you Janelle. She knew her stuff answered all my machine questions without any confusion. The machine i purchased was exactly what I needed! She also recommended and introduce me to 2 new great coffee flavours. Divine! Even though she was wearing a mask i could feel her warmth and enthusiasm as she patiently walked me through everything coffee and coffee machines. I wish everyone could be as helpful and knowledgeable as Janelle! Amazing customer service. Stunned and overwhelmed!
We had a wonderful time visiting the Chatswood Nespresso store. Montura was so helpful and professional, providing us with exceptional customer service and introduced us to some new coffee flavours which have now become our new favourites! She also gave us some helpful tips for maintaining our new Creatista machine. Thanks for making our shopping experience a delightful one!

Had the best experience buying my new Creatista Plus, with the guidance of the amazing sales assistant, Montura. She made it such a fun and welcoming experience for us - making my husband and I a coffee, and helping us pick our pods with such enthusiasm. I’m so impressed with my new machine and the service I received, that I came back today to buy the same machine for my mother-in-law. Thanks again, Montura!
Customer service was slow and uninformative, and the store wasn't busy. After browsing a while I took some photos of the stock to do some on line research and was about to leave the store when someone finally appeared and asked if I needed help. The displays were not well labeled and were somewhat confusing. It would help if there was more information provided regarding the difference between models in the same range. e.g. What are the differences between the Creatista Pro, Plus and Uno apart from the price? Only some of that information was available and I was told that the Pro model had two motors but when I asked the function of the two motors that information wasn't clear. When I asked what other coffee machines were available like these I was told that these were the best. No suggestions regarding other machines, or why the assistant thought that these were 'the best'. After visiting the Nespresso website I found the Gran Lattissima that may be an option for me. However, it would have been helpful had that been mentioned while I was in the store. I won't be back!
A big shout out for the Nespresso Boutiqe in Chatswood. We had a problem with our machine yesterday which is still under warranty. We called customer support and were left frustrated by the person in the call centre and far from satisfied. We went into the Chatswood store and they were amazing, particularly Farzeen Eesha who handled our complaint so professionally. Well done and thank you for the excellent customer service.
I visited the Chatswood store today and had an amazing experience. Was looking to get a machine as we do not have one. The team was outstanding and very friendly. Farzin went above and beyond to look after my needs.
Went to experience Nespresso’s new offering and was served and greeted by Esha - providing EXCELLENT service and more information on the new product. Truly an asset to the brand and the location
